REFUND/RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

PackTite ships freight prepaid and the shipping charges are included on the invoice (order).

• Your order is shipped from the nearest PackTite location.
• FEDEX ground is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed FEDEX size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.

Purchased items will ship out within seven days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Our primary carrier is: FEDEX, but we may also use UPS ground on occassion.
Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
• FEDEX deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS

A handling fee of $8.00 will be added to all orders. This fee covers all handling, packaging materials and  pick-up charges.  Shipping charges will be determined at the time of sales based on ship-to address provided during checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state (Colorado) orders will be charged 3% sales tax.
